I'm agented but still seeking publication and I've recently realized what a great opportunity I have, pre-pub, to examine myself as a writer - what is my writing purpose and how do I want to get there, how do I want to connect with readers, and how do I want to present my faith in my writing, specifically. This is a beautiful way of looking at Austen's writings and another way I want to think about mine. Another great post!
